I did, the evil one was based on this one, I only changed the width of the spikes and the shape of the wings.

One thing I'd watch out for is with some of your recent dragon designs, they look almost identical, except for different colors. I think this one turned out the best because of the horns on his neck. I like your technique for scales. It's detailed & cute - great for storybook illustrations! The pencil shading for the wings and such is nicely done, but the clash of color vs B&W is a bit odd. Maybe you could choose a different colored pencil to color these dark areas?

Maybe a dark brown, or a dark blue or purple?

Regardless, your drawing skills are great!
