Ok, well this was for the Thumbsshare mini contest, unscramble Tianegv=vintage and make a deviation from its meaning. But clearly I missunderstood the rules and didn't have to spend 3 hours frantically speed drawing a new deviation. Sucks just a little bit. Next time I don't think I'll bother entering no matter how inspiring.
So apparently Vintage means all sorts of things to do with grapes and wine and also old cars, books and watches. But it definately means 'A harvest of grapes' according to the wikipedia dictionary thing so I have drawn a dragon harvesting grapes although the owners of those grapes wouldn't be very happy if they caught him at it. That was definately speed drawing, it was about 9pm when I started and just gone midnight when I scanned it. 3 hours for a fully scaled dragon. Ow my hand hurts! Oh yeah, and don't you just think his feet are uber cute! I do! |
