it looks pretty good
there are a few things that could have been done better though,
the wings are bent at an awkward angle and there is a slight bulge at the first bend in the neck.
but other then that keep up the good work

I don't think the wings are, you aren't the first to complain but I put the wings in the shape I think best complements the layout of the picture. If I were designing one to fly I might do it differently but for looking pretty that shape looks best in my opinion.
I don't see why he couldn't fly really, there is an elbow style joint behind the first fold of the wing, hidden because I draw wing folds better than wing muscles. Mostly I believe its not the shape of the wing that matters, dragons are too heavy, they probably use magic to keep themselves aloft anyway.

I don't really see the bulge on the neck but as he is based on my favourite dragon (that I've drawn) I'm probably biased even though it is a pretty old dragon.

nice details and shading on the scales. i like the curvy compostion of the dragon's body - makes it look elegant.

The wing works just fine, assuming the part closest to the dragon's head is the leading edge. The fold in front of that part makes it a little confusing, though. And don't worry about the bulge in the neck, now that it was pointed out I can see it, but I couldn't before. One more thing - sorry - the pink around its mouth and eye makes it look more irritated than evil. But that's just my opinion.

I don't think dragons would necessarily be too heavy to fly, provided they had hollow bones like birds' and a big enough wingspan.
