A comission for a player of Kingdom Of Loathing for another game member called Frostbite XIII who seems to like collecting Ice Dragons.

Never drawn an ice dragon before so it was fun, just the incentive I needed to get on with drawing one.

That's a lot of detail, great job! I really like the ice crystals or whatever they're called. As for the anathomy I luv the wings, they look big and muscular-which would probablyy be needed for such a big creature- and the tail looks really neat too. The neck also lloks very nice, and I like the fact that it doesn't seem too thin for such a large body, but rather also looks strong and balanced. It would have been great with a slightly darker shading though, mainly 'cause of the many tiny scales- especially in the face where the mouth kinda blends in a bit too much with the scales. But other than that I think you've done a great job on this! :D

Thank you! :D

Makes a change to get such a detailed comment :D

I always have that problem with mouths, I made that one slightly spikey and then had difficulty shading it properly.

I'm rather useless at detailed comments unless its someone drawing a dragon who isn't as skilled as me.

^^ Well it's usually easier when it's something of the same medium or style that you're used to, but in general most pics consists of the same things:
Composition, anathomy, light/shadow, Colouring etc... then some things may vary too of course. Like a couple of days ago when someone sent me a thumb with a croched (is that how it's spelled?) bird. I know nothing about crochetting but I can see what someone has put effort into

I like how the icicles form his (her?) beard. Pretty sneaky to hide the difficult scaling on the haunches behind the wing. That's my most problem area. Like always, I am in constant awe of your patience with the scales.

Me: I suppose I could be really mean...
Tony: DO IT
Me: Ok, I play Martial Coup
Kyle: Again?!
Me: Look, I don't TRY to draw that one EVERY SINGLE GAME! Sorry for having only 50 cards in my deck! geez...
it's crochet; crocheted; crocheting. crochet means hook in French.
